We want to thank you and our crew for the great job on the La Terrace Painting Project. We particularly want you to know what a pleasure it was working with foreman, Sal Mendez. Sal was professional, hard working, easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions and concerns. The crews willingness to work with our committee and our other residents to address any issues was greatly appreciated. Many residents have commented positively on the job that Sal and his crew did.

We have reported to the LTCA Board that based on this experience we highly recommend Pilot Painting for any future painting needs.
