I am writing to let you know how much we appreciate the excellent work performed by the Pilot team during the recent major repainting project of our condominium complex in Pasadena. Ryan Christiansen was the Pilot representative, Antonio was the Crew Supervisor and Victor was the Welder. During the estimating phase and the actual painting phase, Ryan kept in touch with us and was always available to answer questions. He visited the work site regularly, inspected the work to assure quality control, addressed any issues promptly, and made sure we were constantly apprised of everything. Antonio and his crew were highly proficient, extremely hard-working, very polite in their dealing with homeowners, and performed their work with extreme care to protect adjacent surfaces. I and my fellow Board members were very much impressed with the Pilot crew’s professionalism, customer responsiveness, and dedication and wanted to make sure you were aware of what we thought of them and their exceptional performance.
