Ryan, we want to thank you and your crew for a great job on the La Terraza Painting Project. We particularly want you to know what a pleasure it was working with the foreman, Sal Mendez. Sal was professional, hard-working, easy to communicate with, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The crew’s willingness to work with our committee and our other residents to address any issues was greatly appreciated. Many residents have commented positively on the job that Sal and his crew did. We have reported to the LTCA Board that based on this experience we highly recommend Pilot Painting and Sal Mendez for any future painting needs.
