As President of the board of directors of Lake Terrace HOA, I was personally involved with the wood repairs and painting project. Pilot had a separate foreman for the wood repair crew and the paint crew. They kept communication open at all times when problems or issues arose and were courteous and respectful of all the different homeowners.
