I wanted to take the time to write a letter of appreciation for the work your company and staff provided to our association complex during our painting and wood replacement. We had excellent people assigned to our job: Darren Cunningham, Pete Garcia, Maura Callegos and all the great workers.

I was one of the board members who interviwed companies for our association. I was very impressed with Darren’s knowledge and time devoted with Pilot’s proposal. He made sure to spend the time and answer all our questions. I felt good about out choice.

We had another company come in and try to give us a real sales pitch. Not only did they provide different color shirts for their workers but they also told me that I would regret my decision to go with Pilot. All I asked of Darren was to make us look good and be happy that we went with Pilot. Well, that is exactly what Darren did. I had many homeowners tell us what a great job Pilot did.

Darren arranged a walk with us every week to go over issues or areas to touch up. It was nice to have a company that is commited through the whole project – not just for the signing of the contract. Pilot Painting was a great company to work with. Darren upheld everything we discussed. I am hoping that if I am still board in five years, that Pilot and the same employees will be working again on Saratoga Complex in Anaheim.
